Greenville South Carolina

Hi everyone,


Today was my Birthday ( 14th July - Posts are a bit behind) so we only travelled 3 hours to Greenville South Carolina.

My plan was to do some shopping, but it didn’t work out that way :(

We went to a Western store that I had looked up on the internet and it had shut down! Then went to a few clothes shops but couldn’t find anything – saved Dave some money I guess!

So we headed back to the Motel and had a few drinks before dinner, then we walked down to a restaurant called “Overlook Grill” the reason for the name is it overlooks a waterfall – in the centre of Town!

 




Ther was also a lovely park with family picnicking everywhere, the was even a Pantamine to watch:

The restaurant was very nice right beside the waterfall:

But we came across a very weird Law here, you can only drink Spirits inside! So we had to eat inside and not enjoy the beautiful view. Apart from that the food was great and the staff very friendly! Also a big hello to Andy & Cheryl who we had a lovely chat with there.

It was a lovely evening!

Tomorrow we are heading to Cartersville Georgia to go to a Rodeo! Really looking forward to that!
